You’ve probably heard by now that I’ve returned to radio and to a familiar station too -Power 98FM. After being away from radio for almost 2 years it actually felt weird being back. Haha!
My colleague from Marketing came in to take this photo of me while I was on air….somethings never change, it’s still very cold in the studio.
I actually spent most of my first show worrying if I might hit the wrong button but it went well and hopefully I’ll get back most of my radio powers soon enough! I suppose it’s different though, doing TV compared to radio. For one you’re talking to yourself and it’s not as rehearsed.
But you know Radio is like a drug, once you’ve tasted it you’ll just want more or like my ex-colleague said “Once a radio man, always a radio man”
Well over the past 2 days I’ve recieved messages and calls welcoming me back to radio and I want to say a big THANK YOU to each and everyone of you!
