He was the most brilliant entertainer and shaped music of my childhood years. To me, it was Michael Jackson who changed the Music Video industry, performing on stage and being a true pop icon. Time magazine paid tribute with this unforgetable photo of Jackson.
Watching the memorial service from the staples centre reminded me of how it felt just to listen to one of his songs on the radio or just to watch one of his Music Videos. It was Michael Jackson who made me see how music was more than just song and dance but it was entertainment, it was life!
John Mayer came on and inspired with “Human Nature”………letting his Fender do the singing…..
Rest in peace Michael and thank you for your music!
