During World Cup season apart from watching the games, you gotta have that added thrill of a World Cup house party where you do stupid things like take side bets on “first corner, first goal kick, first throw in, etc….” yeah loser drink……hahahahha you guessed right.
Well the evening started with a nice dinner thanks to Sebastian’s mum, Alvin and Teo Ying were there too! After dinner we had some serious work to do cos we needed to get comfy before the match. Forget the awesomely long sofa set in the hall………..oh no…..this was way bigger!
Hahahaa ridiculas right! We were actually so serious and passionate about inflating these balloon chairs to get into the World Cup mood!
Yes, a job well done…..now we can get to the match, First up, Japan vs Netherlands…….we betted for Japan to win. The result……..never win money!
Frustrated, we turned to our second match in hopes of a cash windfall……….but it was not to be. Australia vs Ghana…….we betted an Australia win…..the result……….never win money again.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, me and Teo Ying lost most of the side bets and well she holds her alcohol better than me so……….I knocked out.
When oh when, oh when will we be rich….
