So you might have heard, my time at Power98 has come to an end. It’s been a fruitful 2 years with Power98 and a good 4.5 years in radio but it’s time I took a short break.
Some time off to recharge the batteries and perhaps plan where I’ll go next. This wasn’t an easy decision but it was about time i made it.
I can’t say thank you enough to the people who have come into my life these past few years. All the experience I’ve gained through working with veterans and the time I’ve spent training newbies…..it’s all been part of helping me grow as a person and as a presenter.
To DJs come and gone, it’s been a pleasure working with you. To the managements I’ve served under, thank you for the opportunity!
And to YOU! Thank you for tuning, all the calls, smses and even your requests…..YOU helped me fulfill a dream of becoming a DJ and I’m glad to have shared it with you.
I’m gonna be writing for Football Weekly so make sure you grab a copy and let me know what you think. In fact you can even write on my wall and tell me what articles you would like me to write about.
Will I be back on air?……maybe but for now, this isn’t goodbye, instead I’m just gonna sign out.
